To help our community financial institutions offer more services in their community and build stronger relationships, as well as increase non-interest revenue, Kasasa partnered with KindHealth to offer insurance options available through “Kasasa Care”, an online portal connecting consumers to providers. We build the logo, site, and all email and marketing collateral, creating a sub-brand that could cover all our non-banking services.

WEBSITE
Kasasa Care was created to give consumers enough information and peace of mind to reduce research time and move them forward to get the coverage they needed. Each service had its own page with lots of important information about why they needed coverage and how it worked.

Direct mail could be sent directly to consumers on behalf of our partner institutions, with custom imagery and messaging options available.

Cobranded email communication was sent to account holders to cross-sell Care services. They were color coded to correspond to the page on the site, and drove directly to the product page where the consumer got the most information and a clear CTA.

Videos
Video is an effective channel and we used it to help increase trust and tell the Kasasa Care story, as well as creating explainer videos for Open Enrollment to help people understand how the system worked.
